Another way to get your design is to send us your tech pack. A tech pack is a special paper with all the details about your design. It could include what colors you want, what size it should be, and what materials to use. It helps us to know what you want.

Choose Fabric:

The most crucial step is choosing the ideal fabric. The right fabric ensures comfort and improves performance on the course.

Various types of fabric are available, each offering unique benefits. Soft cotton fabric, for example, is known for its breathability and comfort.

If you're looking for more advanced features, Pima cotton offers a softer, more durable option, while tri-blend fabric combines cotton, polyester, and rayon for flexibility and stretch.

Production Steps:

Step 1 cutting:

When manufacturing golf apparel, we order the material from our trusted fabric factory and ensure it meets our stringent standards by conducting a thorough quality-checking process.

This step guarantees that the fabric is of the highest quality before we move to the next phase.

Once the fabric is inspected, the cutting process is the following key step. We carefully cut the fabric into precise pieces, which are later assembled into the final design.

Additionally, we always perform pre-shrink procedures to prevent any issues with size after the product is made. It ensures that the pieces of fabric remain consistent in size and fit.

The cutting usually takes 1 to 3 working days.

Step 2 Printing Logo:

After the fabric is cut into pieces, we begin the process of printing and embroidery.

Custom graphics and logos are applied to the cutting pieces rather than the final garments.

The sewing process usually takes 4 to 6 working days.

Step 4 Quality Control:

The team checks everything from the fabric quality to the graphic designs and overall artistry. It's a general check and a piece-by-piece examination to ensure everything is up to standard.

They also take care of the minor details that make a significant difference, such as trimming any extra threads left over from the manufacturing process.

All accessories, such as buttons, zippers, or labels, are verified for proper attachment and quality. Once the inspection is complete, the clothing is deemed done, ensuring everything is in perfect condition before proceeding to the next stage.

The QC process takes 1 to 2 working days.

Step 5 Ironing:

The packing process will take 1 to 3 working days.

Step 8 Shipping:

We provide various transport options to ensure your products reach their destination smoothly and efficiently.

Whether you prefer the speed of express delivery within 3-5 days or the more economical sea shipping option, taking 30-40 days for delivery, we have you covered.

Our air transport is another excellent choice for those who need faster delivery without the urgency of express options.
